Watch this and see if you can tell what it's about; what each of those little lights and electronic beeps are. It's not too hard to understand; the first 60 seconds should make it obvious to anybody with an 8th grade understanding of history.

But then, keep watching. See if you can guess the final numbers, when each country is going to stop. And if you get bored, skip to the end where they tally up everyone's "contribution" to the total.
